In 2017, the founders of CLEG Art Gallery got together to add to the art scene in Egypt. It all started when they decided to take a detour from their everyday life and reach out to their lifetime passion for art.
They started with “Colors of Egypt,” a collective show that touched the essence of the magically vivacious life in Egypt, which led them touring across Europe: Paris, Madrid, Berlin, London, Rome, Vienna, Budapest and Prague.
Later in 2020, they took a leap of faith and founded CLEG Art Gallery.
CLEG curated the art exhibition at Expo 2020 in Dubai, four art exhibitions sponsored by Emaar Misr, Capital Art for three years in a row, as well as 70 other art exhibitions.
Sharing the same passion and work values, the three partners Farida Darwish, Rasha Ghaleb and Farida el Kouni established a strong bond that was the real reason behind CLEG’s quick success.
