He was known for the extreme precision that is evident in his works and his detailed depiction of the smallest simplified details in his drawing of natural scenes from the beautiful Egyptian environment, which he believed were more beautiful than those paintings that came from Europe to be acquired and hung in the homes and palaces of the rich Egyptian people during that period when the wealthy of Egypt were competing to acquire European artworks and antiques. The plastic artist Hosni Al-Banani delved into the depths of the simplified impressionist school and loved it because of his closeness to the pioneering artist Youssef Kamel, and the similarity of their style with their approach to artistic work together and with a slight difference that distinguishes them from each other in Al-Banani’s painting, which does not depend primarily on optical engineering, so he does not pay full attention to it and always tries to reduce and simplify those complexities of photographic engineering and its pedantry, so that the painting becomes noisy with the effect of light and shadow projections that attract connoisseurs.
