Ghada Embarek is an Egyptian artist born in Giza in 1966. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek and is recognized for a practice shaped by both Eastern and Western cultural influences. Embarek has exhibited widely on both local and international platforms, including the 11th Florence Biennale. She participated in the General Exhibition for seven consecutive years, reinforcing her presence within the Egyptian art scene. Her collaborations include working with the European Union, where she taught home decoration in Sinai. She has held seven solo exhibitions, with her most recent presented in Luxor in 2022. Her works are part of prominent collections in Egypt and internationally, including the Museum of Modern Art in Cairo.
