Laila Mohsen Hassan

Laila obtained her Master’s Degree in Visual Arts from the University of the Arts London (UAL) – UK. She has also pursued studies in Art Education at Cologne University – Germany, and is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts – Egypt.

Her Art focuses on narratives from daily life scenes that convey certain messages, allowing scope for the viewer’s interpretation and imagination to figure out those stories.

Her work varies between abstract and figurative painting exploring different themes and techniques. The common thing about her work is that it is vibrant and dynamic

She has participated in several exhibitions in Egypt, Germany and England.
